I am Aina. I live in Mancor, a village from Mallorca, but I am living in a student residence in Barcelona because I am studying second of bachiller for this year. Nowdays, I'm living in Barcelona, but i was born in Russia in a small town called Cheboksary. I've lived all my life in the best place in the planet Almaty, Kazakhstan.:)

I just started my life in Barcelona, but I really enjoy it. Actually, I'm studying in College Sil and going to be psihologist.

ABOUT ME

I am a pleasant outgoing boy, but I admit that sometimes I can be shy and cautious with people I am not really confident with. I have numerous hobbies like football but unfortunately I haven’t got enough time to practice it. As well I like playing table tennis as it’s one of the few things that I can do in my school’s residence. During the week I live in that residence with some of my school mates. ABOUT ME

I consider myself a quite self-centred person in several aspects as I try to do things my best. However, I have to say I love going out with my friends to parties and have a lot of fun. When I first meet somebody I can be a little shy, but after some time, I usually become more talkative and laugh a lot. Sometimes I would have to show more self-confidence and not to be so exaggerated, as I always get worry about everything.
Apart from going out and be with my friends, I spend most of my free time dancing classical ballet. I've been dancing since I was 5 and hope I will never give up it as I love it! I also like listening to music and watching films and ballet pieces at theatres.

ABOUT ME

I am an energetic and sportive boy living in Barcelona. I always enjoy listening to good music and even more going to live gigs. I always try to be very reliable to my friends and spend as much time as possible being outdoors, doing sport or just hanging out.
My main hobbies are playing the guitar in my band and go surfing, mainly during the winter season. I also used to like performing magic tricks but as studies got harder I decided to give up this hobby for some time.
We are four people in the family my parents and my younger sister María. We live in a flat near Barcelona’s beach. One of the main advantages in living there is being far from the polluted city centre but on the other hand going everyday to school can sometimes take about an hour or so. Anyway I think that Barcelona is a great city because of its beauty and appropriate location, you have the seaside and the countryside surrounding the city and if you want to go skiing in about two or three hours by car you can be enjoying the snow.

ABOUT ME

Hello to all the Bloggers! My name is Ksenia. You might think that it's a little bit strange name. But it is not at all. My name comes from Greek and, if I remember correctly, it means “foreigner”. Maybe this is why I am here, in Barcelona, place where I always wanted to be.

Actually, I was born in Russia in the small city called Volgograd. Then I moved with my family to Saint-Petersburg and some years later, to Moscow, our current home.

Now I am studying and living in the boarding school in Barcelona. This is my second year here and I really enjoy it, although I had to leave my family and friends and I admit that I miss them very much. But for now I need to think about my studies and career. I still don't know what I'm going to do in the future but I have three possible options: arts, languages or tourism. We'll see!

Anyway, the future is the future. What I am going to do right now is to describe my personality. I must say that I am quite talkative, easy-going person. I can't imagine my life without my family and my friends. I love spending time with them. I also like meeting new people. I think it's very important to be sociable and to know how to find contact with others. Lastly, I can be serious when it's needed.

It's time to talk about hobbies (my favourite subject). First off all, I adore films. I suppose I never tire and won't tire of watching them. My second hobby is classical and contemporary ballet, which I admire. The third place of my hobbies list occupies the theater, where I try to go every free weekend. I also can mention that there are some very good books I really like. Above all, I give my preference to the classical literature. And finally, I am fond of writing letters. Not those e-mails that we send every day to each other, but handwritten letters. I find it more interesting and romantic. I think it's never too late to return to those old days, when everyone wrote letters or read books.

I am really interested in getting to know new people and I hope to find friends. Thus I'm not only meeting new different cultures, but also I am practicing my English, that is to say, I'm combining business with pleasure.
