Nowadays there are many teenagers who have to care for their parents. Many of these teenagers are unaware that they can get help and they can ask people who are specialize in this. Many younger carers have many problems in their normal day and the government’s usually do not give much help.
Firstly, carers have many teenagers embarrassment of having to care for their parents and sometimes feel guilty for it. I must also say that many of these young carers feel isolated and can fall into depression.
Secondly, friends of these teenagers’ carers only have to go to school and have fun in their free time, which the carers cannot. Many young carers say that their friends do not understand that they do not have enough time to meet with them.
To sum up, I think that the government should help these families because teenagers are underage and they haven’t got education and cannot work and earn a salary. If these young carers do not have money, they find it very difficult to care for their families.
